The worst part about chaos is the confusion it causes, co-opting one’s mind. When in confusion, one typically has no clue what to stand for or how to make wise choices. Fear takes the lead & paralyses higher, lucid thought.
Chaos, like the whirling information currently circulating is like being taken under a powerful wave and being churned around so badly that in seeking the surface and air, one bumps up instead against the sea floor.
What do you stand for? And why? Have you lost your sense of which way is up because of the powerful churning forces of chaos?
You see, we must become stronger than the forces of chaos! We do this by building the force-field of our own mind instead of being part of the hive mind, a.k.a., the Matrix-collective.
Just as government can be broken down to mind-control (govern =control & ment =mind), so too can “statement” be broken down into “position your mind.” To position oneself is to set in place, in other words, to “stand” or to stand for something.
Suggestions for the aspiring sovereign:
1. Position your mind out of the hive/Matrix-mind.
2. Strengthen your mind-field so that your mental power is far greater than the forces of chaos which breed confusion.
3. Determine, with your uncommonly lucid mind, what you feel is truly worthy of standing for.
4. Then stand, fiercely & unapologetically for it, remaining fluid enough that this worthy purpose may yet evolve! In fact, it must if you are truly in syntropic flight!
What Do You Stand For?
What do I stand for? I stand for Source, the Original Source of Life Force, the Highest There Is. I soldier to protect Source where I see it met with antagonist forces and, most importantly, I strive to remove any and all obstruction I find to Source within myself. These antagonistic forces come in countless forms, so it is no good to only be committed to select forms such as through dietary or ecological disciplines.
This striving to align with & stand with Source is the core of my personal practice. It is simple but profound for me. It is the way I have come to.
What will you come to in your authentic truth when you can stand among the forces of chaos and be unmoved?

Juicing until Dinner
The protocol is really simple. From the time you wake up in the morning until five or six o’clock in the evening, consume anywhere from 2 to 4 fresh-pressed, raw vegetable juices—whether from your local juice bar or your own kitchen. (Note: blending vegetables is not juicing. Juicing separates the vital fluid of the plant from the fiber). Yes, fiber is necessary, but not in this instance when we want the juice to go directly into the cells, bypassing digestion. You will get plenty of fiber in your salads.
A primary purpose of taking these hours to juice fast is to avoid the laborious task of digestion so that the body can maximize cleansing. If you are interested in knowing more about why juicing is superior to blending, I address this in my books available on Amazon and have a whole cleanse course based on the concept of juicing till dinner, called the “Rose Cleanse”. Juicing ‘til dinner is a sure way to create a sustainable cleansing lifestyle with longevity.

Essential properties of cleansing foods:
LOW-DENSITY FOODS (rich in life force energy)
People often confuse dense foods, such as oatmeal, nuts, and chicken, with being nutritionally dense and more satisfying. Well, I’m here to say the opposite is actually true.
We gain the most nourishment from high-vibration, life force energy−rich foods, not heavy, dense ones that move sluggishly through the body.
With so much accumulation in the typical modern intestine already, it is unadvisable to consume dense foods (even raw ones, such as raw nuts and cold-pressed oils) unless used only occasionally in small quantities, and then ideally consumed with leafy greens or other water-containing raw vegetables to ease their passage.
Many meats, grains, processed soy products, and nut and-seed-based foods (even raw and organic ones) are very dense. You will find some egg and fish recipes in this book because eggs and fish are the least dense and the easiest to digest of the flesh foods.
There is room in the modern detox diet for nonvegan foods. In fact, foods such as fish and eggs are much less dense and more detox-diet-friendly than many vegetarian, vegan, and raw food staples, such as wheat, soy, and nut-based foods.

We are Here to Grow our Soul-Force
At a certain point each one of us will come to discover that we are here in human form to grow our Soul-Force. When we reach this crystal clear realization, suddenly we are so easily able to walk away from a culture of folly. When we experience this flash of truth, all that is inferior to this mission to grow our souls becomes obviously silly, such as the goal to make lots of money, to achieve status, to claim an enviable place among the social hierarchy, etc.
When we come to value our Soul-Force above all, we confidently walk away from culture and all that goes with it and we truly don’t care what the outcome may be because nothing is sweeter or more valuable to us than having our Soul-Force intact.
When we prioritize the integrity of our Soul-Force, we are in flow with life and have tasted a little known (but far greater) kind of success.
We have triumphed over the forces of error, of disease, of pettiness & drama, greed and unquenchable appetites. We have transcended the cult of culture and discovered the incalculable wealth that we truly are. Soul-Force is the most prized currency in the Multi-verses. If your Soul-Force has been co-opted away in large part, as is the case for most people, it’s time to retrieve it whilst cleansing and strengthening your being. Times are changing for the better for those who are well-prepared, well-rested and ready for battle.

The Right Snacks
“Yes, but what about snacks?” my clients often ask me. They tend to do well with the detox meals but hit a wall when it comes to snacks. Although resting the digestive system between meals is important, allowing it to do some much-needed housekeeping, snacks provide emotional support, especially when transitioning into this lifestyle. If you need snacks as a part of your daily routine, raw vegetables are the best option. Keeping in mind that conscious eating (not mindless grazing) is important, you can still enjoy alternative snacks, such as kale chips, seasoned Kamut puffs, and baked starchy vegetables.
Raw vegetables are the most ideal snack: They are alkaline, water-containing, quick exit, neutral food for combining between meals, and they leave you feeling refreshed rather than temporarily stimulated and then wanting more. Common snacks such as energy bars, crackers, and other packaged snack foods are dense and addictive and will clog the body, contributing to weight gain and disease.
By trading in your old snack foods for these snacks, you’ll get to enjoy snack time while you elevate your mood, energy, and blood chemistry. What’s up now, Doc?
