Every night can be an olive tasting party: A few of my favorites here: Castelvetrano, Cerignolas & good old fashioned Kalamata. Plus, the greatly underrated OKRA which will cook for 6-7 minutes in a pure vegetable stock and eaten as the best finger food on the planet. What a feast of rarified flavors & textures. Simple? Yup. Easy? You betcha! Basic/boring? Not a chance!

Eating Vegetables Alone is not the Answer
I hear people all the time saying they wish they could eat a 100% plant-based diet but struggle. Yes, plant-based sounds good, doesn’t it? And the alternatives being animal-based or SAD or paleo or some other water-devoid consumption like Banting are not in harmony with maintaining both 1. the very high water-content and 2. the alkaline force-field of the body. BUUUUUUT…. simply eating a plant-based diet is not going to make you healthy. Being plant-based per se is not going to cure you of your fatigue, excess weight, auto-immune diseases, and countless other mounting fragilities. Only getting the WASTE OUT will do that. You don’t rehabilitate a landfill by putting some flowers on it or planting a few trees in the radioactive, septic soil. The only hope of restoring health to toxic soil is by removing the septic, radioactive matter from the land.
Awaken Deep Waste
Also, plant-based means little if it is in the form of substances that constipate your system. Large quantities of nuts and grain (which is how modern people tend to consume these – as in by the fist-full and in bowls-full) is not going to solve anything in your body. Unless you take these in very small portions, it just adds to the already problematic density & inflammation. If you block a pathway in nature, the requisite flowing elements like water and oxygen will not be received. Don’t beat yourself up over a 100% plant-based diet and better yet, don’t fall into the trap that it will fix you by itself. What will fix you is using dark green plants to awaken deep waste from your cells and tissues and then using colon irrigation to remove that which the plants awakened! Focus on what you’re able to remove from your body as the primary method of regenerating yourself!
Awaken + Release
We do this by the tried-and-true method of awaken + release. Electron rich/highly oxygenating substance (greens primarily) reconstitute and magnetize the waste up and out of the cells and tissues, to exit the colon through enemas and colonics. It’s a two-pronged effort – both legs of this are needed if you want to truly walk & run through life!
There is no such thing as a cleanse that doesn’t result in the copious release of deeply drawn up matter. Do you cleanse your house without removing copious rubbish? Do you sprinkle supplements and leaves and consider it cleaned? Of course not! So have your green juice and raw salads and if you need to, and have a few eggs or a piece of fish or a Bison burger if need be (I don’t like the idea of exploiting animals for food, for the record, but once enough cleansing has occurred, this person will become such a force for good in the world that it will more than compensate and the animal eating will stop – once s/he realizes where his/her energy & strength actually comes from – the life-force current from the removal of obstruction – s/he will immediately stop consuming the flesh of animals and eat a true plant-based diet as intended – simple, sparse & clean). That’s what we need to get to fully experience our human design. But it comes in stages, a transition is required.
Is Your Diet Really Vegan? Does it Matter?
Plant food, unless you’re growing it yourself very carefully according to the methods of Rudolf Steiner or as depicted in the “Anastasia” series by Vladimir Megre, is still a part of the massively destructive agriculture industry that is in no way ‘vegan’ in practice, is a central harbinger of the extermination of whole eco-systems. The best book I know of on this subject is Lierre Keith’s “The Vegan Myth.” Yes, “eat a carrot and save a cow,” I say – absolutely! That’s how I live (though my taste for goat cheese begs redemption despite my best attempts at contrition).
Bottom line: get the waste out of your cells and tissues. That’s your redemption & regeneration solution! If you eat a few eggs in the process don’t beat yourself up IF you’re using those eggs to upgrade your tissues and organs by cleansing. Plant-based is great if we’re talkin’ leafies and veggies, but not if it’s an excuse to stuff up on nuts and grains, soy and raw-vegan cheesecake day and night.
The Goal is Removal of Waste
Think about what you’re aiming for. There’s gunk to get out. All the plant-based initiatives in the world will not do that without the awaken + release formula for success! If you’re full of waste, you’re wasted and wasting away. Please do the truly effective work: cleanse and don’t get sucked up by labels like “vegan” or “raw.” What is your goal? Define it. If it is cleansing, CLEANSE. If it is to be merely plant-based, okay, just know your vibratory result will most likely be underwhelming. Clean-celled is not a theory – it is an experiential fact for those who put the awaken + release formula to task. The evidence is visceral & tangible as so many of you know!

From a purely dietetic standpoint, here is a list of all the life-generating substances:
- All organic raw fruits and vegetables (including avocado)
- All organic raw fruit and vegetable juices
- Organic Young coconuts and water
- Love, joy, gratitude, peace and other balanced states of being/ high vibration emotions
Note: the way fruits and vegetables are grown and picked heavily impacts their vitality and the effect (alkaline vs. acidity) they will have upon your cells, tissues and bloodstream.
Neutral foods are neither acidic nor alkaline.
Here is a list of neutral foods you are encouraged to include:
- Organic cooked vegetables (all types)
- Organic Cooked starch vegetables (yams, sweet potatoes, butternut, acorn, pumpkin, etc.)

The Truth about Fruit
Many people love the inclusion of fruit in their diet. That is totally cool. If fruit is working for you – as it does for many people depending on age, gender, length of time cleansing, etc. – then carry on with it. I was a huge fan of fruit in my first decade of cleansing. Remember that I am just a guide. You must do what works for you (and to determine just what that is takes a great deal of experimentation and discretion on your part).
Let me take a quick second to spotlight why I avoid fruit personally and guide the vast majority of my clients away from fruit. But please note, as you read this that this is in no way to debate whether fruit works for you. It is simply what I have come to based on my personal and professional journey. Fruit lovers, please carry on so long as fruit loves you back. The following is specifically for those for whom fruit may be undermining their health goals or who may find that while fruit works presently, it may not be ideal at a future juncture. With all that contextualized, here’s my beef with fruit:
- Fruit that we obtain in supermarkets today is not the wild fruit that was growing hundreds of years ago (or even the relatively benign variety of 30 or more years ago). Today’s fruit is highly inclined toward mold, degenerated to an almost indistinguishable degree from its original state, extensively hybridized to be more or less merely sugar and water in a colorful container.
- Today’s fruit is largely seedless and therefore without the life force it was designed to conduct. Fresh, raw fruit as it grew wildly before the advent of the agricultural revolution 10,000 years ago was without a doubt the perfect food for humans. That does not mean that the grocery store fruits circa 2021 are remotely equal.
- The human bio-terrain, like the post-agricultural revolution terrain, is primed for mold and parasites which feed off and proliferate when mixed with any form of sugar. This makes all sugars, even raw fruit sugars problematic for the vast majority of modern people.
- Modern humans are highly estrogenic due to both excessive exposure to environmental estrogens as well as personal hormone secretion running amok. Estrogen breeds yeasts like candida which cause too many problems to mention here — but they all feed on sugars. Estrogen dominance used to be a mainly female issue but today it is gaining on men as well.
- In a world where nearly ½ of the western population is expected to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime (which means just as many if not more are walking around with a precancerous proclivity toward fungus in the body), fruit sadly is a great danger as it feeds fungus.
All in, if you’re including fruit to a degree that seems to be suiting you, I say be cautiously optimistic. If you are living in a highly alkaline environment and you know you are not estrogen dominant, you know you are not hosting parasites or home to heavy metals (say you’ve chelated them and you eat an otherwise clean diet with no processed foods, low starch, etc. and hang your hat far from cities and cell phone towers), and (here’s the biggie now…you ready) you’re totally asymptomatic (meaning you don’t get any symptoms – no headaches, no tooth sensitivities, no joint pain, you sleep soundly, etc.), then okay, include the fruits you love and try to not just get organic fruit but procure wild fruits. If you’re symptomatic, no fruit and no sugars other than pure raw, fresh green leaf-ground stevia (not processed stevias). Sorry, but that’s the tough love hard truth.
These are modern conditions we’re contending with. We are modern people; we are doing the clean-up work for many generations on ourselves and our communities. And just promise yourselves this: be flexible enough to change when something stops working for you – and be in tune with yourselves enough to know the moment that happens.
Now, if you are a female, living in acidic conditions (cities/suburbs, with stress, typical Western dietetic history, have taken the pill, been vaccinated, had many a series of antibiotics in your lifetime, take pharmaceuticals, get migraines, experience heavy, difficult menses, are moody or over 35 and trying to lose weight, definitely consider nixing fruit completely.

Keep bags of organic carrots in the fridge for pre-dinner munchies.
Not only are they sweet and delicious but there are also very hydrating after a long day. You can eat an entire 2 pound bag of carrots for your unwinding, reading the mail, or putting your kids to bed.
This would take the edge off your appetite, nurse your body with organic minerals and enzymes, and give your children a good example of a smart snack.
