• 2 medium zucchini, peeled

• ¼ cup raw tahini

• 2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 lemon, juiced (or more)

• 1 dash cumin or zaatar*

• s/p to taste

Put all ingredients through a high speed blender, sprinkle paprika on top if desired or extra cumin or zaatar. Serve with zucchini rounds on the side.
