Mindset
As someone who trains hard athletically on nothing but Prana (Qi, Primal Fire, as you like) and who has clients who sit down and immediately tell me they need to eat flesh or nuts or some kind of concentrated protein to perform (or even to function), know this: if you think you need chicken, you will need chicken; if you think you need oats, you will need oats; if you think you need green juice, you will need green juice. If you think you channel Qi, Prana, Life Force, etc., likewise, you will.
As the great James Allen wrote, “As a man thinketh, so is he.” That’s not to say that the mechanics of tissue cleansing do not call for some heavier, less ideal foods. Let us not confuse the tools needed to clean the accumulated matter out of our cells and tissues with the elevated thinking necessary to free our minds of our limitations.

A Healthy Woman
“A healthy woman is much like a wolf: robust, chock-full, strong life force, life-giving, territorially aware, inventive, loving, loyal. Yet, separation from the wildish nature causes a woman’s personality to become meager, thin, ghostly, spectral. We are not meant to be puny, with frail hair and inability to leap up, inability to chase, to birth, to create a life. When woman’s lives are in stasis, or filled with ennui, it is always time for the wildish woman to emerge; it is time for the creating function of the psyche to flood the delta.”
-Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Women Who Run With The Wolves
Modern Day Superhero
Be a Conductor of Life
The modern day Super-Hero is the person who is holding so much Life Force (clarity, vitality, flowing love for all, and knowledge of Natural & Universal Law) that they are keeping the otherwise severely compromised and dying network of humanity alive.
If you are in wholeness, brimming with strong, loving Life Force, you are literally keeping humanity alive and giving humanity a chance to recover; to express as the interconnected network of loving, brilliant souls-in-form that we are designed to be! Every person who comes back to this level of wholeness conducts life back into the collective ‘body-human‘: the body of humanity. Begin thinking about the human body NOT as your body but as OUR united, connected singularity as a body of humans. Individually we are like cells in a body. Collectively we are the body. That is how connected we are. The fact that we have come to see ourselves otherwise is the greatest error of all time.
Presently, it is as if the ‘body-human’ has an increasingly terminal cancer spreading through it. We are each responsible for saving this ‘body-human’ and we each have a chance to be the Super-Hero of all Superheroes, right here, right now!
Thank you to every one of you Super-Heroes-in-the-making who are diligently restoring yourselves and thereby providing the only & likely final chance we have to cure our ‘body-human.’ Please keep doing the restorative work on yourselves. The second you light up in full, you become a restorer of the whole of humanity – a bona fide Super-Hero!

Low Density Foods
Essential properties of cleansing foods:
LOW-DENSITY FOODS (rich in life force energy)
People often confuse dense foods, such as oatmeal, nuts, and chicken, with being nutritionally dense and more satisfying. Well, I’m here to say the opposite is actually true.
We gain the most nourishment from high-vibration, life force energy−rich foods, not heavy, dense ones that move sluggishly through the body.
With so much accumulation in the typical modern intestine already, it is unadvisable to consume dense foods (even raw ones, such as raw nuts and cold-pressed oils) unless used only occasionally in small quantities, and then ideally consumed with leafy greens or other water-containing raw vegetables to ease their passage.
Many meats, grains, processed soy products, and nut and-seed-based foods (even raw and organic ones) are very dense. You will find some egg and fish recipes in this book because eggs and fish are the least dense and the easiest to digest of the flesh foods.
There is room in the modern detox diet for nonvegan foods. In fact, foods such as fish and eggs are much less dense and more detox-diet-friendly than many vegetarian, vegan, and raw food staples, such as wheat, soy, and nut-based foods.
