Infrared Sauna
My favorite daily ritual: the infrared sauna! It provides waves of healing heat that bless me daily with peace, cleansing & inspiration.
This pic was taken earlier this week over a brainstorm with a master-mind friend (a ‘master-mind’ is two or more people developing a plan of action around a shared vision). It’s fun to take meetings in the sauna! I used it so much with my NRI team in NYC that we used to call it “the boardroom!”
