I just picked up The Raw Food Detox Diet on Friday, and I wanted to say thank you. Your book really effectively outlines the steps that individuals can take to eat better and feel better, and your love for good food and good eating is immediately apparent and sincere. I guess I’ve been seeking a middle path between being mindful of health and nourishment, and also continuing to enjoy food as I do, and The Raw Food Detox Diet is a practice that merges those very things.
