The Matrix Keeps You Down- By Design
The whole system (a.k.a. the Matrix construct) is designed for your failure. The sooner you come to terms with that, the better chance you will have of saving the exceptional creation you are! It’s all rigged against you, designed to keep you disempowered: docile, ignorant, compliant, disconnected from your Source, confused & deteriorating.
What You Think You Know About Food
Forget everything you thought you knew about food first of all. All that information about eating grains and four square meals, dead animal carcasses, oils, milk from a cows udder, nutritional values & measurements on the backs of boxes of processed, packaged foods. The vaccines, the social retail-holidays all year round centering around feasting on sugar, starch and animal flesh (from Halloween candy to Thanksgiving turkey to the Christmas roast & Easter ham). How bout the programming that tells us we must work to put food on the table (the very food that’s killing everybody!), that we’ll starve if we miss a few meals, the deceptive images of starving children emaciated in the limbs but bloated in the belly (from water poisoning), impoverished by merciless plans laid to cull the population. And the wars, oh the wars for the evil appetites that require bloodshed. The lies and deception are endless and yet they hold our cultural world view together.
So many of you know all of this already. I guess my rant today is just to disband with gentle ways of trying to put things in order to make information palatable. I can’t do it anymore.
Do Something Everyday to Leave the Matrix Behind
Executing on our Matrix programming has to stop. We have to raise the bar without delay, casting off all the vile notions we were programmed to believe. They are insane and they make one insane. Insane means unclean, “not sanitary.” Ironic in these times of over-sanitizing, I know! Another Matrix perversion.
Insane acts and insane thoughts make for an unclean body & mind. This is why it is said that cleanliness is next to Godliness. We have to clean up on every level and create living systems that maintain that state of cleanliness, supporting our true nature which we have yet to see both individually & collectively.
We cannot exploit or participate in cruelty of any kind, not even tangentially – which means we have to stop killing animals for food and stop domesticating the land for production & consumption that only does us harm anyway.
We have to stop the craving to possess everything we see that appeals to our programming to own. We have to pare our possessions waaaay down. We have to stop looking for external stimulation and external validation.
It’s not good enough to get just part of the picture and pat ourselves on the back for applying a few good habits. We have to do it ALL or we will still be colluding with the dark forces and thereby controlled by the Matrix-mind and incapable of ever attaining the sovereign state which is essential to becoming self-realized.
It’s not too much to do. It just seems that way because of the extensive entanglement and programming created by our enslavers. Do something everyday to leave the Matrix behind.
We must be clear: the system is designed for our failure. Look at it closely…every bit of it is false and keeps us from our power while the Matrix cares nothing for you and sees you only as a source of energy for it. Remind you of anything? Think about that next time you’re in a grocery store and you walk by the meat aisle. The people that buy and eat that meat care nothing of the being that was killed for it. It’s just a source of satisfaction for them. The same is true for the Matrix entity. It keeps you right where it wants you – on its ‘farm’ where you’re raised for its purposes. Do you get it now?
Take to the Skies
You escape the farm vertically, not horizontally. You rise in consciousness and then you get the eagle’s perspective and you cannot be controlled once you take to the skies.
Happy exiting! Let’s encourage each other every moment! We need one another. For too long that connection to each other has kept people bound, intimidated to leave behind the untruth that was so obvious and painful. Now, perhaps, we can use the collective human network to our advantage to support one another out of the sticky Matrix web.
Don’t let the unfamiliarity of it all hold you back. Trust that your mind and understanding will shift into higher alignment as you extract yourself. The clarity will increase with you. It’s how the process works.

You Can Extricate Yourself from the Matrix Even if Your Loved Ones are Still in it
A few people have asked me to address how to interact with close friends & family who are still entirely caught up in Matrix-consciousness. I have to admit, I have procrastinated tackling this very difficult subject matter. It’s so delicate. But I will try to offer something helpful – from real life experience.
You see, once the Matrix construct becomes so obviously clear, these is no more engaging in the status quo world.
As we ease on out of the Matrix we become more humble, more astounded by the power that mind-field had over us & absolutely determined never to be in such a position of subservience to an ideological construct ever again. We run for our lives, quite literally.
Then, there are our loved ones, made variously shocked, challenged, resentful or incapable of holding us in high esteem any longer because our new perspective feels strange and even crazy to them. They don’t get it. They don’t see it. Relationships that mean so much to us are threatened, which doesn’t seem fair or right. This threat is painful because the bonds we’ve forged with these individuals are real and took time, care to develop and are made of love.
We feel rejected for doing what we must. We don’t want to change anyone else’s mind but we do want to feel supported and loved despite owning our our own mind, at last!
As we increase our understanding of the Matrix and extract ourselves from the Matrix prison of mind-control programming, it doesn’t help to have people we love and care for challenging us at every turn.
Extricating oneself from the Matrix is hard enough without added obstacles like that.
Self-extraction from the Matrix is not for sissies. It’s really, really hard because we are inherently loving creatures, designed for connection and the last thing that emotionally-healthy people like to do is to separate from those they’ve built bonds with. So we have to find peace and equanimity on a path to freedom, which may require being rejected and isolated for a time from these beloved friends & family.
Of course, people who love you should strive to understand you and support your path/vision as much as you would strive to understand theirs. But your very perspective challenges their way of life, their thought process, their values. It is as hard on them as it is on you. They cannot get their heads around something that is clear as day for you and if they try to, they meet with a distressing cognitive dissonance. It’s hard for both parties. Both sides suffer.
So here’s what I would say. Be with them. Find common ground. Hold on to your beautiful, established bonds. They are so precious & valuable. Don’t let your path cause distress for either of you. Communicate your needs gently (as long as your needs are only in reference to yourself and not presuming what they need & watch that you never to try to convert them). Meanwhile, do not let them hold you back!
It takes meticulous witnessing of our emotions and fully-fledged responsibility for our emotions to maintain sacred relationships with those who don’t see what we see.
But here’s the most important thing: if we can see the Matrix and are in the midst of extracting ourselves but don’t have the emotional maturity to ‘check’ our feelings, reactions and desires, we will just wind up stuck in the Matrix via our shadow aspects and be delusional about our path to freedom. In other words, we might come to consciousness about the concept of the Matrix but remain ensnared within It because of a blindness to the patterns of our dysfunctional ego.
It’s a ‘mine-field’ getting out of the ‘mind-field.’
There are traps within traps as we strive to free ourselves from captivity. We have to stay super aware, meticulous in our steps and we must not take anything for granted. It’s not an easy extraction.
Be with others where they are. Receive each other. Hold space for each other.
All we can do is continue disentangling ourselves despite what others choose. Meanwhile give yourself all the space and allowance you need to do what you know is right.
For what it’s worth, most of us do this alone and have friends and family around us who don’t get it at all. Sometimes I think that’s part of the test, the initiation. Hard work. But the alternative is no alternative. Onward!

Money is Evil
Please release the false light code that has you believing that money is “just energy” and that we can use this energy in a spiritual framework to manifest material abundance for ourselves on earth and enjoy loads of money, cars, a big house, etc. These are false-light-manifestation teachings which keep you just as ensnared in and tempted by the Matrix – merely couched in New Age spiritual philosophy. It’s just another trap.
Money is evil. It is antithetical to our humanness – it is as ludicrous a concept as asking cells in the body to transact in a monetary format.
The only reason we believe money is a ‘must’ is because of the darkest Matrix programming which has only one mission: to keep us ignorant of our true light. It does this by drilling false light (false knowledge masquerading as true knowledge) into us. We collectively buy-in (allow the pun) even though nothing could feel so wrong or imbalanced or cause so much suffering. We override common sense and go with the entrainment.
Money Robs us of Our Energy Source
At the very least, while we still must, until the critical mass of awakened people is reached, let’s be conscious of the truth about the construct of money. It is designed to keep us out of abundance, not in abundance. It is designed to rob us of our energy source, not represent our energetic investment. Like all things of the Matrix, here we have yet another inversion/perversion of life, a reversing of truth.
Please do not try to spiritualize money. If you do that, you are desecrating the Creator and Creation and further distancing yourself from that Benevolent Source/Force.
Abundance
Yes to abundance – abundance is a central quality of the Natural world (before man desecrates Her with Matrix programmed evil codes which he is not conscious of but nevertheless carries out, like a well-programmed robot).
Abundance would return and all would be restored to perfect balance if we walked away from money and any such form of trade like barter, which is no different.
The opposite of a monetary system is not poverty or lack. The opposite of concrete is not the absence of ground to stand on. It is earth underfoot – nourishing fertile earth. I think this is a rather good analogy.
Man is not inherently lazy – man doesn’t need money to be motivated to productivity. Man is inherently inspired and productive. But for the Matrix construct that has hijacked us, we would have more than we could even dream of – and not just material comforts but more joy, more inspiration, more innovation & creativity, more love, more beauty and beautiful relationships, more trust, more authenticity, more generosity & more aliveness in every way!
Glorifying an evil in any form, but namely for this conversation, money, only gives it more false light power. May we one day only know a “bank” as the land upon which a river gently laps.

The True Light – Your Higher Self
You can think of your ‘Higher Self’ as that part of yourself that is still within the God-Mind, still in the True Light.
In this context, you can see how and why your Higher Self knows best what you need rather than the personal Self that you identify with in Matrix-consciousness.
If you are on a big journey in life that feels rocky and not where you wanted or expected to go, it’s probably because that which knows far more and sees far more clearly, (“as if face-to-face” with the Creator), has plans that most likely include getting you out of the Matrix.
But cognitive dissonance and lack of practice computing true things (because we’re so well-practiced computing false things) keeps interfering and opposing the truth that our Higher Self wants us to see.
This opposition to the journey that our Higher Self wants to take us on causes us to keep banging our heads against the same walls!
Where is your ‘Higher Self’ trying to take you and help you see?

Greed, Vanity and Fear
Taking more than what we need is a virus from the Matrix. Isolated, this virus can be understood as factors of greed, vanity & fear – all of which are addictions. If you’re familiar with the term “Wetiko,” that is a great way of understanding the greed/vanity/fear ‘virus’ in part. But even comprehending Wetiko is merely a stepping stone.
The false light Matrix (again false light = false knowledge/false information as light is information), usurps our mind and directs us to being enamored with what IT has deemed valuable, luxurious & desirable by Matrix-programming. But these are all lies – lies which transmit a terrible virus that is invisible but life-destroying.
Wealth, Luxury, and Success
We must see the illusions of wealth, luxury, success, status, etc. for what they are. We are not free when we become rich in worldly terms. Unless you are one of the very few who remains in sync with Natural Law despite possessing abundant material wealth, you are suffering from a virus, and if I may go a step further, a form of insanity. If we are not free then how can we be successful? There is no true success without freedom. The degree to which we are truly free (having re-accessed our true light) is the degree to which we are alive, truly alive, not merely having a heartbeat.
I am only pointing this out so we can remediate ourselves from this terrible virus. The virus can begin to be cured by righting our understanding of wealth.
Regardless of whether you stand on the side of being wealthy by worldly standards or impoverished by worldly standards (or anywhere in between,), you have received the same ‘coding’ from the Matrix Mind-field as per wealth and value.
There is no envying those who possess ‘worldly’ wealth when you understand this virus they suffer from. Don’t misunderstand me, I am not judging anyone with material wealth. It’s just the way it is. My job is to help anyone who’s interested in understanding the way this works, to be healed, which begins with awareness/knowledge.
True Health and True Wealth
When we understand the fundamentals of life and sovereignty, true wealth & true health, we can redirect our course and not be deceived by what we have been coded to believe should satisfy us or what we should want to attain. Our goals will change in light of this canceled false light code and our relationship with consumption on all levels changes.
Wherever we consume more than what we need we will suffer. This is self-evident. The degree to which we consume more than we require in any form is the degree to which we suffer sicknesses on all levels.
Over Consumption
And think beyond mere consumption of physical possessions and food which are obvious. Consider also over-consumption of sex (especially dysfunctional sex which is sadly what is most practiced), over-consumption of other people’s energy through drama or control, over-consumption of sound frequencies, media, etc. For all over-consumption there is a price that must be paid by the one who over-consumes. The price is freedom, well-being, clarity, connection with one’s true light.
Any directives encouraging you to indulge in over- consumption all come straight from the Matrix-construct because the Matrix’s only aim is to consume your energy and keep you in the dark about your true light and the real power you would have if you were not chasing your tail on the hamster wheel it has secured you to through ITs mind control.
It’s a process. But the more we wake up to the false light codes and how they rob us of our aliveness (our true light), the more we can (finally!) come alive!
