Bionic Muscles! (Part 2)

As discussed in Bionic Muscles, Part 1, we need to develop our opposing muscles. Now I discuss how to attain those supple opposing muscles!

 

Supple Muscles

 

As you develop your clean-celled musculature, make a point of keeping your muscles very, very supple. You don’t want armor, you want strength and true strength is primal fire flowing through your physical form – the primal fire (Qi, life force, force from the Source, as you like) is the big boss.

 

Your muscles should be developed as part of your body’s endeavor to express each of its systems as the primal fire would have it done. In this light, your lungs are a servant of the primal fire; your kidneys are a servant of the primal fire, as are your bones and muscles. When we invert that truth, we have big problems! Put the primal fire’s requirements first (which are, namely, to conduct, move, express, expand, and experience) and you’ll know how to support your body’s systems on behalf of the primal fire that depends on them. You’ll be living life in your body right side up, instead of upside down.

 

So, by all means, increase the fortitude of your muscles. But do it by consciously complimenting development with malleability. Note bene: flow is the cousin of malleability; flexibility serves these cousins — flexibility is a tool to increase flow and malleability, not the other way around.

 

Methods for Attaining Supple Muscles

 

There are several excellent, easy, free practices you can do daily to make sure you are optimizing your malleability as you train. Daily massage is an obvious first stop (self-massage more than suffices and can be done whenever it suits you). Intuitive dance and intuitive yoga for even a few minutes is a great way to ensure fluidity!

 

But, this is one area where visualization is highly effective! Take some time once or twice a day to visualize all the condensation of energy, all the stagnation, emotional residue, and mental tension leaving your muscle tissue.

 

If we want to become living embodiments of the primal fire (which we do, believe me), we have to live the primal fire lifestyle and think like primal fire thinks. We can’t let anti-primal fire stuff set in – not in our organs, not in our connective tissue, our joints, our hearts, our minds nor our muscles. Best of all, you can expect your muscles to be stronger. So, lift your weights, sculpt your yoga muscles, run, cycle, climb, row, whatever suits you best – but remember, for all the development you do, you need to clear, clear, clear stagnation from that muscle tissue.

 

Malleability is Strength

 

If you’ve read the Socrates book series by Dan Millman (one of my all-time favorite set of books — I cannot recommend it highly enough), you may remember that the main character, Socrates, explains that our bodies should be so malleable that we should be able to be massaged right to the bone! That’s a good image to keep in mind — to strive for. With muscles, increase and malleability = strength. Those are the complementary forces for bionic muscles.

 

I love my bionic muscles. They make me feel almost other-worldly, like I’ve got a secret in them, like they can do things that I’m not even fully aware of yet. Ah the ever-unfolding mysteries of the inspired, syntropic, ecstatic life!

Life Balance

 

Balance is the quest to bring together forces that both oppose and complement one another. In our world of form, we live in and among countless opposing factors – the yin/yang forces you’re familiar with: light/dark, contracting/expanding, levity/gravity, inward/outward, male/female, and so on.

 

When these forces are not balanced (complemented by their polarity-partner, where they can triumph in balanced unity), stagnation and the decay cycle set in. Over-polarization of one of the forces undermines life.

 

So we must be vigilant not to over-polarize toward one force, forsaking its counterbalancing mate. This much you know. Moving along…

 

When the counter balancing mates are used consciously, something amazing happens: we can actually grow dynamically and exponentially when we stretch one force along with its complementary force equally! For example, if you take a long stride with your right leg and then an equally long stride with your left leg, what happens? Well, you get farther, your limbs realize a greater potential than when you were taking smaller steps and, from there, you can continue to challenge yourself and reach greater potential! Again, you know this…

 

But now, I want to invite you to look at how this applies to muscle development in the fitness category.

 

Balance in Opposing Muscles

 

Good exercise physiologists and trainers will guide their clients to “opposing muscle development” which creates a supportive network for the musculature, preventing injury and many other problems. Opposing muscle development is what is what is done when one strengthens the abdominals along with the lower back, the hamstrings with the quadriceps, the biceps with the triceps – you get the idea.

 

But there is an aspect to muscular development that is still missing and because it is missing, fitness enthusiasts are actually fast tracking their own decay by the very way they are aiming to strengthen themselves and attempt to increase their longevity.

 

The missing element is applying the complementary, counter-polarity-partner of absolute malleability with muscular increase/development. Muscles must only be increased with absolute malleability, which requires an absence of obstruction in the muscle tissue. When you combine development/increase with absolute malleability (which at the outset may sound like a totally incompatible concept) you will have a truly enviable muscular system both cosmetically and mechanically. I like to call it a bionic muscular system (even though “bionic” connotes something artificial, I still like the ring of it and the image of a dynamically powerful muscle it conjures up for me).

 

A life-generating musculature has nothing in common with the traditional, modern muscle building approach which breeds stagnation with every lift and crunch and is rather a menace to the conductivity and flow in your body which give you your youth juice.

 

Granted, most body builders and gym-goers are consuming highly toxic shakes, bars and meals designed to encourage muscle development, so they are already doomed as these ingredients will destroy healthy tissue and are the harbingers of rapid aging. But for you, who are not mismatching strength training with toxicity, you could be getting so much more bionic power circulating in your body!

If you think you’re sexy…but you don’t use a tongue scraper, I hate to break it to you, but it may be that you’re not as sexy as you think. The mouth is a major eliminative orifice. Researchers in the Netherlands discovered that a 10 second French kiss can spread 80 million bacteria between mouths.

 

Making its Way into the Mouth

 

But hang on, and let’s go a level deeper because those germs are just the effect of pathogens developing among the waste that’s being excreted from deep in the body into the mouth (we always want to get to original cause, not get stuck on the symptom). What you need to know (and you’ll never hear this in a toothpaste commercial) is that intestinal waste moves through the tissues (even through the tiny channels that link the gums and intestines to other organs in the body) and it makes its way into the mouth (that’s why some people’s mouths actually smell like poo). Gross, sorry!

 

Never forget that your organism is a dynamic interconnected network that is nothing, if not porous, and pouring substances from system to system constantly.

 

I wouldn’t focus on the germs, that’s the superficial end effect – the tail wagging the dog. I would rather consider the way the body excretes its waste — through all its eliminative organs. Not so sexy to contemplate at first glance, but very sexy when you understand how it works and get a handle on real hygiene and what that means to you (and the one you play kissy-face with).

 

Add Tongue Scraping to your Deep Tissue Cleansing Routine

 

The stronger the fortitude of your organs, the more efficient the eliminative process is. So, when you are in the throes of deep tissue cleansing and beyond, you will want to be even more on top of your scrub-a-dub-dub routine. And always, always, always clean your mouth after exercise. For goodness sake, your body is sweating and expunging which means eliminative orifices are activated ever the more!

 

Tongue scraping is done before and/or after brushing — it should be done several times a day. In fact, brushing should be done 4-5 times a day, not 2-3 (always with a soft tooth brush) and taking care not to ram the gums as excessive brushing done improperly can recess the gums. And, of course always use fluoride free, natural toothpaste. Let’s not destroy brain cells when we brush.

 

Clean Sink, Clean House

 

Many years ago, I read somewhere that a clean kitchen sink was the mark of a clean house. From that day forward, I have kept an immaculate kitchen sink (and strive for order at home throughout as our spaces greatly influence our life experience). But here’s what I’m getting at…your mouth is like your kitchen sink. It should always be clean and there’s really nothing like a proper metal tongue scraper to ensure that’s the case.

 

Tongue Scraping Guidelines

 

Don’t be overzealous with your new tongue scraper in the early days as you can scratch your palate which isn’t nice (heals quickly though). But over time, you’ll find just the right pressure and rhythm for the unique make-up of your mouth. I haven’t been to the dentist in over 13 years. I never get so much as a sensitivity in my mouth simply because the insides of my body are clean and I am fastidious (but never harsh) with my brushing and tongue scraping routine. They should be used in tandem multiple times daily. I know dentists and dental hygienists might get annoyed with me for saying so, but this combo far exceeds the benefits of brushing and flossing by comparison.

Thoughts on Beauty

 

If you ever think beauty is expensive, remember this:

 

Beauty is receiving light from the sun into your skin, eyes and sacred brain.
Beauty is a long, hot bath with natural, alkaline soap.
Beauty is giving yourself a generous foot massage in that bath.
Beauty is electrons conducting/kissing life force within you and in your environment.
Beauty is clean blood and tissues.
Beauty is loving touch.
Beauty is inclusivity.
Beauty is respecting and revering life in all its countless forms.
Beauty is discerning true beauty from illusions of beauty and knowing which to emulate.
Beauty is allowing yourself to truly feel everything that moves through you.
Beauty is putting your mind on the most exquisite thoughts you can muster up.
Beauty is surrendering to a long night’s sleep at 9:30pm.
Beauty is being a life-generating force for all life affected by your field.
Beauty is simple and clean. Beauty is biting into a tomato that you grew!
Beauty is the care we take to balance and support life’s interconnectivity at every level.
Beauty is when the sap from the heart of our being surges with love.
And of course, I could go on and on as that which is expresses true beauty is infinite as life itself.

 

However, what’s expensive, beauty is not…
Beauty is not being served Foie Gras with Truffles in St. Tropez in July.
Beauty is not drinking French champagne, donned in haute-couture.
Beauty is not stilettos on the red carpet.
Beauty is not self-importance.
Beauty is not segregation and exclusivity.
Beauty is not cocktails and perfume.
Beauty is not spraying on formaldehyde sun-screen on the beach in St. Barts.
Beauty is not weakening the integrity of your teeth with chemical whitening agents.
Beauty is not believing you are less beautiful because your face shows signs of life and experience. And on and on…

 

But then, perhaps beauty is all of these things because when you pay the real price for this latter category, which is far more than the sticker price, you thirst only for real beauty — and that can be a beautiful (albeit painful) journey. I’ve been around enough to know and share that the simple, life-generating path is the sweetest place to be.

 

Of course, the emotional, energetic, physical and financial freedom it takes to create such a world of true beauty for yourself is, shall we say, “priceless?” Be the beauties that you are and don’t fall for any imitations.

Kid Head, the pre-gassed-up-skull

 

Gil had a term for the pre-gassed-up-skull (the a.k.a. the ‘before’). He called it, ‘kid head.’ Kid head is that tight, cute round head that kids have before they saturate their tissues in waste that ferments and putrefies releasing copious quantities of noxious carbon, methane and nitrogen into the bones/skull. The same could be said of ‘kid skin’ and ‘kid frame’ – it’s not a lack of maturity or retarding of natural growth I’m suggesting — not remotely, please don’t misunderstand me. Rather, it’s an absence of the accumulation and byproducts of accumulation from misguided consumption perpetuated over years and decades. Look at the Bushmen, the Hunzas, the Native Americans and so many other original peoples and you will find ‘kid head,’ ‘kid skin,’ and ‘kid frames’ in the elders of untold age.

 

Native Diet

 

Why? Because, so long as they were not eating too many animal products (which will cause a great deal of fermentation in an intestine as long as the human one), these ‘original people’ did not eat sugars and starches and hybridized fruits that turn the otherwise calm, tight, high-integrity human body into a chaos of putrefactive disorder. Wild foods have a far lesser inclination to have this effect, particularly when consumed as part of lifestyle rooted in the network of living energy.

 

Lack of Corruption

 

When you see an example of pristine, healthy youth (this becoming rarer every day), you are looking at a being that has not yet corrupted his or her body with so much retained waste matter. Remember that corrupt is synonymous with rot and the noxious gasses are part of the rotting process.

 

To rediscover your youth, you need only remove that accumulation and its associated gas pressure (or at the very least, you need only begin the process and watch yourself morph pleasantly in that direction both inside and out as you go deeper, dredging up that which is better off out).

 

The Honest, Simple Route

 

People have been conditioned to focus on weight loss and to apply the ‘latest, greatest’ cosmetic tools to create the illusion of restored youth; meanwhile, it can be so much more honest and simpler than that. It simply comes down to removing the retained waste and the gas pressure developing from it. The gas makes you far larger than you are (oh, this by the way goes for guys who are consuming all the “gym food” substances designed to help them bulk up and ‘get big,’ namely, the soy protein isolate and whey protein-based foods and shakes.). No one will argue that it makes them larger, but gas pressure is a big part of that increased size, which also, by the way, makes them feel more aggressive and less at ease which can be a great big detour for a man who is otherwise seeking a strong sense of balance, happiness and inspired, creative direction in life.

But Gas is Invisible and Harmless…Isn’t it?

 

While it may be invisible, noxious gas takes up an enormous amount of space. When it permeates human tissue it creates a lot of expansion (undermining the vacuum/empty space condition you want to have in the body). This becomes unquestionably evident in the wake of successful tissue cleansing. Here’s how you can tell: when tons of this carbonic gas is released, one of the most common responses come from women who formerly believed they were designed to have wide hips and/or shoulders. “I always just thought I was big boned,” they proclaim, “But I’m not really!” The big bones and the expanded girth was largely due to ‘invisible’ (and virtually weightless, might I add) gas pressure. Not so invisible after all, ’eh?

 

Less Expansion, Lower Dress Size

 

A successful deep-tissue-cleanser can drop many sizes just due just to releasing a great deal of the trapped gas in the skeletal/muscular system alone! Furthermore, you can shrink significantly (horizontally, not vertically!) and yet not always see a huge difference in your weight on the scale. Now you know why.

I can assure you, the dedicated tissue cleanser doesn’t lose a single moment fretting over the possibility of osteoporosis, organ weakness or droopy skin setting in with age. Why has the skull shape morphed so dramatically (again, including the jaw, cheek bones and forehead which also disintegrate within from the noxious gas eating away at it)? It’s simply the hot, noxious gas from the intestine rising and expanding into the porous material that is causing this. Now that you know, you’re empowered to prevent it (should you desire to).

 

When Brain Tissue is Permeated with Noxious Gases

 

So you see, noxious gases are not just a cosmetic inconvenience – carbon, nitrogen, methane and volatile sulfur permeate the brain tissue matter and we all know what happens when integrity is lost in the brain matter – the heartbreaking symptoms of senility, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease result. Granted, gas pressure is only one contributing factor to these illnesses; however, it is a significant one. Other major contributing factors are heavy metal accumulation in the body absorbing in the brain matter, radiation exposure and, naturally the ramifications of a lifetime of stress and disconnection with the network of life (but N.B. these factors also cause noxious gas to proliferate because the noxious gas is a byproduct of the entropy cycle that is caused by those factors listed above). Typically, these cofactors all operate in concert given the modern way of life. Where you find one, you’ll typically find them all.
