Abstention from Consumption
Imagine if everyone went into nature, abstained from food and sex and took a vow of silence for a couple of weeks, just bathing in living-waters (inside and out), sleeping, resting and placing their thoughts ‘on High.’
A fierce army of individuals would emerge.
Cleansing, resting and abstaining from consumption create the conditions which flood the body, mind & Spirit with Life Force Power. The world may still be in shambles but such an individual would walk among the world’s ruins as a Force-field of strength & light.
Build your Fierce Being. Stand up heroically for the innocent and for righteousness. Your life is not merely relegated to this 3-D earth realm. What happens here matters less than what becomes of your Soul while you are here. It’s not about surviving in this body and lifetime – though that would be nice. It’s about your immortal, eternal Soul.
Even if they come at us with every evil from the Matrix, it’s our eternal Souls that matter. Prepare for anything. Ready your body mind & Spirit. It’s through our Souls that we will win or fail here.

Sexuality, Sex and Sex Appeal
We are going to have to change everything we think we know about sexuality as we dream in the New Earth. The sexuality programming we were coded with is false, perverse and inverted.
Even putting aside the horrors of what’s being uncovered between Hollywood, the Crowns of Europe, the Vatican and the politicians, we have been infiltrated by a deeply perverted belief system around sex and sex appeal.
Objectification and Matrix Programming
Think about it: the very term “sexy” is utterly ridiculous. Who in their right mind would want random people that they have no sacred bond with to be sexually attracted to them? It’s utterly creepy when you actually think about it!
We were all so deeply conditioned to desecrate the holy union between man & woman and to objectify ourselves and others, making so-called “romantic” engagements transactional.
We have to stop attempting to ‘sell’ others on ourselves and ‘buy’ others based on what they have to offer per the Matrix programming.
False Sexuality Codes
False sexuality codes are a MAJOR way in which the false Mind-matrix undermines our precious lives. We have accepted versions of beauty and allure, designated and aspired to embodying those images just so we wouldn’t be alone or left by the wayside in our culture. Righting this is another huge step that will liberate you from the Matrix.
There is so much pressure from such an early age to validate oneself through sex appeal and sexual relationships. All it does though is discount you & the other through exploitation and objectification.
Time for Celibacy
I highly recommend a period of celibacy to create space for you to ponder these things and not conform to perverse (albeit common) ideologies around sexuality. As always, the Dark Matrix-mind inverts and perverts every Godly thing. Take time to rethink sexuality and being ‘sexy.” Your Soul actually depends on it.
Restoring sexual purity is also part of the path of incorruptibility. Couples can pause, reflect & discuss this together and those of you looking for Divine partnerships will be sending a far more aligned signal out to the Love-Forces when you shed the false Mind-matrix sex codes. In fact, it’s pointless to pursue Divine union carrying old sex-relationship codes.
Sacred sexuality is an engagement with the purest Creator-Source energy. To defile it is to desecrate Source. That has dire consequences. Those who keep it sacred are rewarded with the gifts of Creation. The power therein should not be underestimated. Better celibate than sorry.
Earth cannot clean up and rebirth if this quintessential truth is not rectified.

Fashion / Image
As the Matrix-Mind construct becomes more clear, we can see things we couldn’t necessarily or easily see before. I’d like to shine a spotlight on the fashion and image programs embedded into us through the dark Matrix agenda of power and control.
We have given away the power associated with self-acceptance and eldership as we were entrained to idolize extreme youth and unattainable physiques.
I strongly recommend recapitulating your life in terms of images of beauty, desirable body shape, desirability at-large, ‘coolness,’ ‘success,’ and all the opposites as well: what is undesirable, uncool, ugly, etc.
Expunge that which Idolizes Image
Back-track & recall it all: from the magazines and movies to the more recent online, social media image-platforms. We need to expunge and be done with anything that idolizes image period, but codes of false beauty and the very young particularly. By idolizing these false codes we are feeding the deepest, darkest perversions presently being revealed. The images we were wired to worship and driven to attain were created to further worship ‘their’ perversions and cause us to wreck our bodies and deny our own embodiment of beauty-truths.
In shedding these perverted, false programs, we can embrace true beauty and value maturity, strength and the sacred geometries of the body (inside & out) as an embodiment of the purest manifestation of Light-in-form.
This will bring a new level of freedom and empowerment to so many of you!

The Light, Explained
We all hear it all the time, people referring to the Light as in “light & love” and “dark vs. light” and “light warriors,” “light-workers,” etc. It’s important to really define what “the LIGHT,” really means.
The Light means “incorruptibility.” To call yourself a Lightworker is to say that you are wielding the powers of incorruptibility. “The Light” is the energy, frequency & vibration of God or Source or the Supreme Creator (as you prefer to refer to it). So as we use this term, let’s be very clear to understand it. For its accurate understanding will give you real power and effectiveness. It’s misunderstanding will result in the opposite.
What is Incorruptibility?
Incorruptibility is a hard thing for most people to accept as an aspirational attribute – most people think such a thing is beyond their abilities. I’m here to tell you that your ability to be the embodiment of incorruptibility is entirely within your reach (it just takes knowledge and practice) and I believe it is where our attention must now be focused. Ponder just how accessible incorruptibility can be if you simply release the lies from the corrupt Mind-matrix which has led humans to believe in their innate filthiness and weak nature instead of their inherent nobility.
These last two years, my students have been actively focused on embodying incorruptibility with great success. They have chosen this aspirational focal point because they have learned that it is the singular solution to the world’s errors, to canceling their accumulated programs and to successfully addressing their most difficult real-life-challenges.
Light from God/Source/Supreme and light from the sun are incorruptible. They do not rot. The same is true for gold. Dark greens are synthesized sunlight which is why they are the perfect food for light-beings such as us. All other foods are inclined to rot. But wild, medicinal greens (like wild dandelion, arugula, parsley, etc.) struggle to rot and when they transition over, their life force escapes into the ethers to become a pure animating force elsewhere in the biosphere.
Aspire to Incorruptibility
Light workers, when you grasp incorruptibility as the quintessential quality of Light, you will come to embrace incorruptibility despite any current inclinations you may still be carrying that are impure. Don’t be afraid to aspire to being a pure vessel with pure thoughts, pure feelings and pure actions. Naturally, it’s a hard won path that includes all the requisite shadow work and exorcising of one’s own inner demons. But it is doable!
Light workers, Light warriors, this is what is being asked of us. If we are to live the truth of what it means to be of, for and in the Light, we can’t live out a dim version of the light. If we do we will reap a dim life, incline to plenty of rot. If you wish to be a Light worker, incorruptibility is the only way. You can become incorruptible, totally disinclined you rot on any and every level.
This reminds me of one of my favorite Biblical verses: Matthew 6:19-20: “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal. But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt and where thrives do not break in and steal.”
The Light is the right thing to be focused on. We just need to be clear that it is synonymous with incorruptibility. We need to know what we are claiming, what we are fighting for and hence, what that requires of us.

The Unknown
One thing is clear: that SO much is unclear. We await so many answers. We are up to our eyeballs in the unknown. That can feel hugely destabilizing and has been down right scary for many of you.
What I’d like to show you is how we can use the known to get us through periods where so much is unknown. Our ancestors have done this to survive in even more dire & trying times and it is truly all we can do right now. Not only will understanding this get you across the bridge with your mind, body and heart in tact but it can make you a better, stronger, more resilient, better version of yourself in the long-run. Yes, all the unknowns can ultimately leave you better off if you approach this juncture with the empowering perspective I would like to share with you.
The Known
We know that our own personal actions and thoughts, especially our physical, mental and emotional hygiene, determines our own personal outcomes. A clean life, a clean heart & a clean mind dedicated to operating in harmony with the laws of Life will consistently result in our personal upgrades.
We know that if we work with the Forces of Goodness we will be in the right no matter what is happening around us. We also know that there are opposing evil forces that we need to steer far clear of, knowing with absolute certainty where our loyalties are aligned.
We know that qualities like courage, compassion, chastity, harmlessness, faith in the Supreme Forces of Goodness and adherence to the Supreme Laws build our Soul Force and keep us protected from all dangerous, harmful forces. But we must build those qualities so that they can act as a shield and preserver for ourselves and our children.
We know that developing these qualities and building our strengths is not easy. Discipline needs to be our ally. We need to embrace the hard work of becoming better and embodying these qualities.
By contrast, we also know that if we are not courageous, kind, chaste, harmless and faithful to the Forces of Goodness but instead are weak, vengeful, indulgent and attuned to the forces of evil, masked in its myriad forms of consumption and entertainment, then we will surely disintegrate and merely be more food for the vampirical, parasitic entities that aim to fully pervert and destroy life.
To a certain extent all that matters is what we choose to be in this moment in time. In the end we know that this is a great test of our character. And knowing that, we actually know all we really need to know.
So while the chaos intensifies as it no doubt will, you can move into deeper intimacy with your still point which becomes nearer to you as you develop and embody the principles and character traits which align with the Supreme Forces of Goodness & Light and build your Soul-Force.
Knowing this, you know more than you think & all you may actually need to know.

Detoxing from the Matrix-Mind Construct- Why do it?
Because the Matrix-mind stands in our way of being God-realized. When we slay, shed and disjoin from this artificial parasitic entity, we transmute all false codes, retaining and restoring only our true Source-codes. From there, we really begin to wake up fully, flow fully, embody the Forces of Light fully – and best of all, we can bring an end to the human incarnation cycle.
Understanding the Matrix
Think of the Matrix as gravity (the grave) and imagine that with its dissolution comes your natural ascension.
All the meditation, positive thinking, mantra repetitions, mudras, plant medicine journeys, prayer and tissue cleansing in the world will still result in your ‘stuckness’ in the Matrix-mind if not done with the deliberate and determined purpose of shedding the Matrix-mind.
The above mentioned practices can certainly help one expunge the Matrix but, in order to do so, they must be approached with that intention.
It is time for those who wish, to finally graduate and ascend from the trapped, lower states in which we’ve been imprisoned. Disjoining from the Matrix is key. Your Soul is waiting for you to do this. When you see that this artifice is obstructing your development, you can reach inside and remove it. It is in your power! It is now a choice. You have the knowledge!

On Despair & Fear & The Consumption Codes
Do not despair. Do not fear. Those are Matrix-mind construct-codes. You were not built for despair and fear. That is an implant, programs imposed upon you through manipulating your DNA and due to your receptivity as a baby/child.
You Have All the Power
It’s because of your power, it’s because your Source-code humanness is at once so intimidating and so appealing to lesser forces that they surreptitiously strategize to harness it. Remember, they have no power of their own. Meanwhile you are made of power! You hold all the cards. You are the kings and queens of this planet. Someone/something doesn’t want you to know this. But you are coming to realize it.
Stop poisoning yourself with the substances the Matrix tempts you with. It doesn’t serve you. It only serves Matrix appetites which are insatiable and born of artificiality.
The Duplicitous Web
Meanwhile, you are made of light and nourished by light. Don’t confuse that truth with the Matrix codes that attempt to convince you that you need meats, starches, sugars, endless indulgences and crutches so that you become inured to your power and addicted to these chemicals…so you trade in your innate health for disease: to become diabetic, chronically fatigued, suffer from lack of concentration, lack of sleep, autoimmune disorders and so on. It’s all a trap – a web to ensnare you as prey. This is also why we must not exploit other creatures. What we do to other living things will be done to us. It’s time to end the false cycle of consumption that was developed by the predatorial, exploitative, vampirical Matrix-mind construct.
Consume carefully. It is an intimate act. Do not support engaging in immoral consumption. That alone will dissolve a great deal of the Matrix’s hold on you.

On Beauty
O Beauty, art thou authentic or artificial? True beauty is always authentic. True beauty is the physical expression of the Supreme Creator’s vibratory imprint which contains and conducts Its codes of intelligence and love. Beauty is a natural quality of the Divine. It comes from the Supreme Network of Life. But, as we know, the Dark Matrix-mind construct takes everything in the Supreme Network of Life/God/Creator and inverts it for it’s destructive means.
Beauty, for many of you is the portal into one of the biggest holds the Matrix has on you. Therefore, coming to understand the false codes the Matrix used to program you can also be your most valuable ticket out of the Matrix-mind. Wherever we are most ensnared, therein lie our greatest opportunities!
Artificiality
The first thing to know is that that which is artificial is categorically antithetical to life. If something is artificial it is going to oppose, corrupt, unsettle, suppress or otherwise damage life. The two are just not copacetic. Ergo, everything you use to ‘care’ for your body, your skin, your hair, your nails, your teeth and even your clothing and everything tangentially connected to your body that is chemical based or not in sync with natural life – is the Matrix-mind’s brain child and is robbing you of your youth and beauty, even as it promises to restore, enhance and protect it.
When you identify these things and stop using them, you will do two marvelous things:
1) You will be stopping the Matrix-mind from exploiting you, and
2) You will give yourself the opportunity to reconnect with the Supreme Network of Life/God/Creator Power which can then bring you into alignment with its patterns and higher codes so you can be authentically beautiful.
Recognize these False Codes
Remember the mere fact that people see beauty as they do today seeking cartoonish ‘perfection’ is yet another false Matrix-mind code. You can take so much of your power back and reconnect to the SNL/Source simply by becoming aware that these are false codes programmed into you in order to siphon and exploit your energy. I know it’s hard to fathom that you can change tracks with regard to your beauty routine and beauty ideals, but you really can! In fact, it’s really the way things are going as people start to wake up.
It’s the Matrix’s destructive codes and programs that drive the modern consumption of food, drink, pharmaceutical and recreational drugs and cause the patterns of stress and over-indulgence that are making everyone so heavy, imbalanced, and riddled with unappealing physical symptoms.
Here’s a starter list of the substances and practices from the artificial Matrix-mind used to hook you into illusory, false beauty. But remember that when you live cleanly and remove the ‘land-fill’ of waste inside your body through clean eating, colon cleansing, sun-bathing, deep sleeps and self care and beauty routines that align with life, you will never look back!

Plumping injections
All unnatural skin care products, soaps and hair products
Mainstream nail polish
Professional teeth whiteners (weaken the enamel)

Fluoridated toothpaste and chemical mouthwash
Clue: You should never need to use eye drops to have clear eyes. You’ll know you are restored in large part when your eyes are always naturally clear and shining!

On Dysfunctional Competition
With designs on helping you detox from this pathological artifice, the Dark Matrix-mind construct, and restore you to your beautiful authentic, natural original being, I’d like to shine a light today on competition.
Abundance and Generosity
Life’s very signature is pure abundance and generosity. When kept in balance, the elements and the fruits of the earth and sea overflow. While there may be some evidence of competition in the natural world such as plants competing for sunlight and predatory animals competing for prey, it is not in our nature as humans to compete against one another the way we do. That is an act of dysfunctional competition and it is a distinct code programmed into us by the Dark Matrix-mind construct.
Healthy Competition
A certain kind of competition is healthy; that’s what I call “functional competition.” I’ll explain the difference in a moment. But the impulse to need to be seen as better than someone else in some area is a wholly dysfunctional trait that comes from running a Matrix-mind code in one’s programming and it is antithetical to our higher collective expression as inter-dependent beings. Remember, the Matrix-mind always inverts and perverts life. It directs us to do things that drain our energy and reduce our ability to be in our power. This dysfunctional competition coding is a perfect example of the Matrix-mind at work in us as we unwittingly run its programs to our detriment and great loss.
Fears of Wanting
We are loving beings by nature and the earth has always had more than enough to go around. However, Matrix-mind codes of greed and fear disrupted this balance and drove people away from truth to the convoluted errors of Matrix-mind codings that programmed us with fears of lack and abandonment. Unfortunately, those programs of dysfunctional fear and irrational lack run constantly among our human collective.
Imagine if dysfunctional competition fell away and we genuinely supported the best in one another and felt truly valued at our full worth by our human family? How much could we become then? How we would blossom!
Functional Competition
“Functional competition,” by contrast, helps us become sharper and reach our greater potential. We see functional competition in action when athletes challenge one another in order to make themselves and their teammates better or in debate societies or academic circles where the best work and best ideas are born out of a contrived competitive event. Functional competition recognizes that skills develop when extra effort is exerted. By sparring with one another, for example, martial artists develop skills they could not develop without the benefit of a challenging opponent. Functional competition is the great sportsmanship that enables us to become better, stronger, faster, sharper.
Glory and Vanity
But when people compete for glory and vanity, for ego and to declare themselves the big shot and to feast on the limelight, well we must see that for what it really is: dark matrix-mind codings. As long as one runs those false light matrix codes, they are ensnared deeply in the matrix-construct. It’s epiphanies like this one that will gradually help you take your life back from the artificial Matrix-mind.
Consider how dysfunctional competition, jealousy, fear and anxiety all combine to keep you locked into the Matrix. This is our time to emerge from it.
Embrace Functional Competition
Avoid running those dysfunctional competition codes. Embrace functional competition however so you can develop to your full potential — for the glory of goodness and knowing who and what you really are, not because you need to be better than someone else.
There’s so much to enjoy and share on this rich earth if we recalibrate to nature and see one another as allies and aspects of ourselves.

Matrix Mental-field
It’s a tough pill to swallow but at least it brings with it a strong, clear explanation as to how we are where we are today and why our lives, which should be so beautiful and full of magic, are not: Our deeply sacred, precious human lives have been utterly hijacked and terrorized by this hideous Matrix Mental-field as it has secretly and insidiously harvested our light and twisted our minds to suit its designs.
Become Aware
Unless and until we become aware of this Marix-mind-artifice acting upon our Free Will, we will continue to be its slaves and suffer as it continues to block us from our truth and from our Source-Creator.
Human suffering has reached an unbearable point. This is the moment for us to name the origin, to call out the root cause of all this suffering, instead of remaining stuck in this maniacal matrix-machine’s ‘hall of mirrors.’
An Enslaved Life
Let us name it: it is a sick Mind-Field Entity created by an inverted, perverted impulse to harness and harvest our life force. It is able to do so because it has grown to such a size that it entrains all minds that are exposed to it. Life in this dissonant field is not real life, it is enslaved life. If we wish for the suffering to end, the control this mind-field has on us must come to an end.
Human Pain
I know you are hurting. We are one human family. We all feel it, even those who put up walls to try to prevent the painful feelings. Some try to hide behind their coping devices, their addictions, illusions or material comforts. But the pain is all still there, it’s just in an unconscious form.
Fierce Love
People need to be held, heard, truly comforted, protected, cared for. How is this going to happen? Only by looking at the giant Mind-Field cage that has infected humanity and applying the antidotes: massively mind-opening awareness and the purest, fiercest Love.
Caged Minds
We must look directly at the big, ugly cause. The symptoms, be they rage, fear, hatred, confusion, despair, anxiety, reactivity, false programming, erroneous conditioning, etc., will only be cured when the root cause is removed. We must be the ‘great physician’ and see what is at the core of this rabid human disintegration. It is the Matrix Mind-Field, an unfathomably sick, artificially-imposed cage that entrains the individual mind, locking it in. This mind-cage makes the body & the heart sick as a natural result.
To name it, identify it and understand its origin and purpose is to achieve a great state of awareness. With this awareness, it rapidly loses its power over you.
All the fears and dictates of the last 4 months, all the news-hypes and calls to action are deliberately crafted by that sick Mind-matrix. Its aim is to keep us spinning in our fear, pain & anger, because that is how it is fed. And like all things, as it is fed, it grows.
We have to become aware of this life sucking Entity that’s had humanity so confidently in its grasp, and decide what we will to do about it.
Human suffering, the suffering of all sentient life is unacceptable. Our souls are so precious and each one deserves to be tenderly guarded and supported so it can live in joy and blessed free expression. One thing stands in the way of that: the artificial, perverted Matrix-Mind-Cage. It is anti-life, anti-energetic. And yet it is the construct we have allowed to grow around us to frame our world. If this stands in the way, causing all the trouble, would it not make sense for us to take it out of the way rather than ineffectually trying to fight the endless symptoms caused by it?
Your Inner Tyrant
The Matrix is inside of each of us as much as it is in the human earth-field. We have to remove it carefully, gracefully, but determinedly and deliberately from within and without simultaneously. Where is your inner tyrant, where are there aspects of you that mirror the matrix-design and impulse? This is where the work needs to be done. It’s hard, especially when you’re suffering already. But we can all get on the same page, help each other, hold, hear and care for each other as this deep work takes place.
Awareness and Love
There is no other work to do than removing the artificial, deranged Matrix-mind-entity-tentacles on all levels. It can be done. Awareness and love will do it. Big, mind-expanding awareness and fierce, courageous love. Real love, which is not to be confused with niceness or politeness but is the distinct frequency of the Creator, the power of life. It is there, at your fingertips, for your wielding. Our human power is immense but it’s been locked up by this matrix-artifice. It’s time for it to LEAVE US. We gave it the power to grow and now we need to tell it to leave. It has no power but that which we collectively and individually give it.
Are we ready to be done with it? All we have to do is see it, name it, remove the cords it has plugged into us through our consciousness and our appetites so it can no longer draw on our energy.
We can end this pain and suffering now. May it be removed, dissolved, may the chains and cages upon the earth be broken & dissolved. May We be victorious!
