Exiting the Matrix

 

There’s a reason I don’t just talk about clean diet and give beauty & health tips. There’s a reason I harp on about the Matrix. The former would only enable you to be more comfortable in the world of the Matrix. It won’t get you out of the Matrix. And believe me, you definitely want out. You want out even if you don’t grasp it yet.

 

The reason I take these leaps to explain the Matrix-construct with you is because I want you to be truly free.

 

First, Know Thyself

 

Without comprehending the Natural Law of Mentalism and how you’ve grown up in that sticky mind-web and actually con-formed with it, (grew into its shape), you will never know what you truly are any more than that dragonfly can know itself when trapped in the spider web. Hence the Delphic maxim: “First, know thyself.” This aphorism means nothing if you do not know what keeps you from knowing your true nature in the first place.

 

The Divine Mind

 

I know that to many of you it may sound like I’ve lost my mind. Yet, what happens when you ‘drop’ the Matrix-mind is you regain the light of mind intended for you – the Divine Mind.

 

“Lose” Your Life to Gain it

 

I believe this is what Christ meant by needing to lose one’s life in order to gain it. We have to lose the false in order to regain the real. But it takes shining a great deal of light on the false to see that it is false when the false is instilled and installed in us as the real. The cognitive dissonance can be agonizing as one breaks free. In this way, perhaps think of it as birth pains. The pain, the struggle of restoring one’s mind has a great purpose if it is seen through. But, many who attempt it get sucked back in again.

 

I am also reminded of the passages in the Gospel where Jesus told his disciples, “I will make you fishers of men.” I believe he may have been referring to ‘fishing’ wo/men out of the Matrix construct, restoring them to their connection to Christ consciousness: the way, the truth and the light.

 

All in Your Own Time

 

Some of you are utterly primed for dissolving the Matrix construct, despite the work it requires to bypass the natural cognitive dissonance and restore your natural state consciousness. Some of you cannot presently think beyond the Matrix consciousness. That’s okay. I do believe we will all successfully exit. I think the ones who are actively doing so will make the way clear for the rest. We will lift up and out as a human-unit. No one will be left behind.

 

Just remember, LIFE from the Creator is perfect and beautiful. It’s the Matrix that is filthy, as I explained in the last installment.

 

Ishmael

 

There is *Nature/Earth/Life and there is *the World. They are not the same thing. Let’s never confuse the two. Life is not the world. The world is the Matrix. The ‘Matrix-world’ is the ‘False Mother,’ or “Mother Culture,” as Daniel Quinn explains it in his classic book “Ishmael.” If you haven’t read it, definitely start there. Up & out!

You can think of your ‘Higher Self’ as that part of yourself that is still within the God-Mind, still in the True Light.

 

Higher Self vs Personal Self

 

In this context, you can see how and why your Higher Self knows best what you need rather than the personal Self that you identify with in Matrix-consciousness.

 

Exit From the Matrix

 

If you are on a big journey in life that feels rocky and not where you wanted or expected to go, it’s probably because that which knows far more and sees far more clearly, (“as if face-to-face” with the Creator), has plans that most likely include getting you out of the Matrix.

 

Obstacles Along the Way

 

But cognitive dissonance and lack of practice computing true things (because we’re so well-practiced computing false things) keeps interfering and opposing the truth that our Higher Self wants us to see.

 

This opposition to the journey that our Higher Self wants to take us on causes us to keep banging our heads against the same walls!

My Big #1 Bedtime Tip

Also a super trick for having superb breath upon rising! Keep it close by for close encounters.

 

Cinnamon Bark and Peppermint

 

These two essential oils are ideal for internal use. The way I use them is- I literally place my tongue to the top of the vial because any more than a tiny bit is toooooo much. Quantity of application is critical. Cinnamon bark is intensely heating, while all the mints are intensely cooling. They are both great all day & anytime (particularly good mid-training too).

 

The nighttime dosing is a highly sophisticated way of keeping the oral cavity and digestive tract pathogen free, fresh & hygienic over night while most people’s oral cavities are expunging muck with no defense!

Systematic Under-Eating

 

It’s important to appreciate that even by decreasing your intake of food by even just 20% over the course of just 2 or 3 days, your body/system will respond in markedly favorable ways!

 

You don’t have to fast or go hard core green/raw/vegan to get things shifting in the right direction. The body is so responsive – so just stop over-eating, for starters. ‘Systematic under-eating’ is a brilliant approach and not at all what it sounds like. I realize the term conjures up starvation and deprivation. But in actuality it’s simply a matter of not over-eating. Most people eat at least 20% more at each meal than the body can reasonably be expected to process.

 

Easier than Fasting

 

Of course, ideally, the body doesn’t like substances that are not high-water-content-plant-based. But for whatever reason, you may not be there yet. Don’t make it an all or nothing proposition. A few days of ‘systematic under-eating’ is a whole lot easier than fasting and make no mistake, it will help hugely. The decreased burden of digestion and lessened fermentation will result in a significantly decreased inflammation which will show up as a tightening everywhere (because tightening/contraction/restoration to integrity is happening inside, in the organs & tissues)!

 

Every little bit counts. Decrease the burden = see the results!

 

Release the Body’s Overload

 

The body reflects everything right back to you each morning based on the day before. The decreased demand will allow your organs to contract to a more normal state and not be in a hyper-attentive state of stress overload.

 

Achieve your Goals

 

You’ll look & feel so much better just by ‘systematic under-eating’ for a few days. Then, you’ll be more likely to take another step and then another because you’ll be riding the wave. The feelings that come from the small improvements will carry you all the way to the sunny shores of the physique and vitality of your dreams in time!

How to Snack Safely

Snacking in General

 

Some people need to eat constantly and others can go long stretches between meals effortlessly. To the latter group, I say, don’t start a habit of snacking if you don’t have one already.

 

Minimal Digestive Effort

 

Snacking makes the digestive system work around the clock, which will make you feel fatigued and slow the whole cleansing/healing process. For those of you who want, or need, food between meals, reach for the quickest-exit foods – namely, fresh fruits and vegetables. The goal is to select mini-meals that require minimal digestive effort.

 

Fruit or Vegetable Snack?

 

Raw vegetables are the most ideal snack because they are light and will not create fermentation if you eat them too soon after lunch. Fresh fruits are a good snack if you wait a full three hours after a properly combined lunch.

 

Nutty for Nuts

 

Nuts/seeds/dried fruits are okay if you wait a full three hours after a properly combined, nut-free lunch and a full three hours before a nut-free dinner. For example. if you enjoy the Salad Gone Nuts for lunch, you may enjoy anything made from nuts/seeds/dried fruits anytime as dessert or a snack without waiting any specific amount of time.

 

No Waiting Period Snacks

 

I recommend snacking from the same category of food as your lunch to eliminate the issue of waiting, which is why in the 21-day program I have mostly incorporated snacks that don’t require a waiting period. What many of my clients like to do is split their lunch up into two parts. For example, if they had an avocado sandwich and salad at midday, they might have more of that sandwich or another avocado sandwich (possibly with any leftover salad or vegetables) midafternoon.

 

Since whole-grain cookies combine with the grain-bread sandwiches, they could also have some whole-grain cookies later on without having to worry about what the midday lunch has left in the stomach.

 

After a Neutral Lunch, Any Snack!

 

The other way to avoid waiting is to eat a neutral meal before your snack. For example, if you just eat a large raw vegetable salad for lunch, which is completely neutral, you can enjoy a snack from any category at snack time.

 

If you prefer to have a late-day snack, you could select one from the same food group as your dinner. For example, if you knew you were having fish and vegetables for dinner at 7 P.M. but you wanted a snack at 5 or 6 P.M., you could enjoy some raw goat cheese and vegetables because they combine perfectly with fish.

At the height of the magic, the wings all have sprouted; taking flight right on time, right on key
And yet, while there is bliss and deep peacefulness,
How lovely if you’d fly with me

 

The heart is a gateway and we are all things
No more cages, no trappings, no masks
What once was all crass, is now clear and so vast
So, it is in this spirit, I ask…

 

Should the fullness surge through you and wish to be shared
Should it be natural to reach for my hand,
There is no divide – not time, space or land
Should our quickened hearts call to be paired

 

To know you’ve overcome, over-ruled, over- run
All the shadows, like an obstacle course
There, powerfully, you stand with sweet love in your hand
Rising to expand into Source

Que Sera, Sera / Keep Calm and Carry On

Que Sera, Sera and Keep Calm & Carry On

 

Two expressions I’ve always personally found deeply disturbing: “Que sera, sera,” and, “Keep calm & carry on.” After a vibrant family discussion about why these two adages annoy me (turns out I stand apart as the only one profoundly bothered by them), I thought I’d openly express just what it is about both of them that ‘gets my goat cheese.’

 

  1. “Que sera, sera:” My mom tells the story: I was about 7 or 8 years old and she was singing, the “Que sera, sera” song when I interrupted and asked her, “Mom, what does ‘que sera’ mean? She went on to translate, “Honey, it means, ‘whatever will be will be’ ” and then carried on singing the rest of it… “the future’s not ours to see, que sera, sera…”

 

As she tells it (and I recall) I became pretty upset by the end of the song, went to my room and closed the door. A little while later I emerged again, looked my mom squarely in the eye and said, “Mom, I don’t like that ‘que sera sera” stuff. I’m going to make my own future…none of this ‘what will be will be’ nonsense!”

 

To this day, with the exception of its reasonably appealing melody and my mother’s signature, beautiful voice singing it, I cannot find anything redeeming in that song (and secretly I roll my eyes whenever it somehow crosses my audio waves). We are not living in a “Que Sera, Sera” universe. We are self-determined creators. And thank goodness for that!

 

  1. “Keep calm & carry on:” I understand that message served a purpose to prepare the British civilians’ morale for WWII blitzing. But it still appears everywhere as a design trend: on bags, sweaters, t-shirts, jackets and posters.. Can we look at this adage afresh and the influence it has on our psyches in the modern day?

 

To be told to “keep calm” implies that you are not calm. If you are not calm, there’s probably a very good reason (even if that reason is that you need to address your inner demons). To ignore the undercurrent rising in you and rather “keep calm” is an affront to your spirit — it’s a directive to suppress your true feelings. For who’s benefit? Not for yours!

 

Do we really want to suppress our feelings and moreover do we really want to be focused on a time when we had no choice but to prepare for a blitzing of our homes? This kind of messaging subliminally reminds us of the oppression of war (all mixed up in the decadence of fashion which is hard for a balanced mind to process without instinctually rejecting it because it rings with insanity). And then there’s the deeper message that reaches our subconscious mind reminding us that when the governing command says so, we must walk in lock-step. It’s a dark, oppressive wolf of a message dressed up as design mutton.

 

I’m not saying the bags, t-shirts and signage are deliberately designed to keep us subconsciously in a state of oppression (though I’m not saying that’s not the case either). I am simply saying that before we adopt a slogan in our subconscious mind and in our collective via a seemingly innocuous outlet like design trends, we should think about the message a bit more.

Find Your Voice

Find Your Voice

Find Your Voice

 

It’s a simple message today: if you are afraid to speak out about things you feel are critically important because you feel scared to do so you are suppressed and that suppression will negatively impact your Spirit and Soul, not to mention your physical, mental and emotional health.

 

Please do not let anyone intimidate you from expressing something you truly believe in. The good people of the world will not shut you down, even if they disagree with you. Good people are not bullies. We can share different perspectives and not feel the need to control one another, shame one another, demean or discredit one another.

 

Furthermore, taking a position on matters of life and death, freedom and enslavement, the sacred and the desecrating does not equate to being divisive, despite what cyber-bullies would have you believe as they attempt to shut you down. Standing up and fighting for those who cannot protect themselves or for inalienable rights is the essence of courage and nobility. Evil lives to muddle up and confuse the most fundamental truths like this one.

 

While you’re finding your strength and your voice, please remember that when people attack you for the various ‘privileges’ they presume you to have or hurl other terms at you, that they know nothing about you and so these callous jabs say everything about them and nothing about you.

 

Rediscover Your Authenticity

 

Look, we need to help each other out of the dark Matrix and a huge part of setting ourselves free is rediscovering our authentic, individual voice and learning to use it honorably: it is your s/word of truth. You’ll either use it to break free or you’ll be on the receiving end of a s/words-person co-opting your power. Silence has its noble moments, indeed, but chosen as an alternative to fear or intimidation is not one of them. In such a case, silence becomes poison in the form of suppression. Suppression of flow is the beginning of the death cycle.

 

I’ve had too many people tell me how afraid they are of speaking out about what they believe and care about because of how they will be ridiculed and condemned by their friends, family, social media circle, etc.

 

Yes, you most likely will be ridiculed and insulted. This sort of thing has become a regular part of my life. Thankfully, I know the territory well – I’ve been misunderstood and disagreed with in impolite, unkind, unloving ways since childhood. If I had capitulated to the bullies that littered my path over the decades, I probably would not be alive today.

 

Their broken spirits aim to break you down. They do not offer healthy debate, they project and assume their own context, ignoring yours. These are dysfunctional people with dysfunctional ways of communicating. Please do not let such people intimidate or suppress you.

 

In the flow of your voice, you wield your power, your pure essence.

 

Having Heart

 

Coeur is French for heart. Coeur-age or “courage” is the state of having heart. Your voice, if it’s authentic, rises from your deepest knowing, is subsequently distilled by the purity and truth of your heart and then comes up and out through your throat/voice. Sometimes it is expressed through the hands as in writing/typing where it still first must pass through the heart.

 

I wish you all courage with your voices, no matter what authentic truth you need to express. Don’t let the cyber-bullies or any other false codes programmed into you or social conditioning suppress such critical life force.

 

Your reward for withstanding a bit of ridicule from people who are either so programmed by the Matrix and/or addicted to twisting things up to maintain their steady intake of negative energy will be your Soul growth, the only currency worth anything within this earth realm.
