Lose the Weight Before You Begin Rigorous Exercise
If you are interested in losing weight and you want to exercise, please understand that it is unwise to do heavy exercise like running or cycling when you are carrying a lot of extra weight. It is SO much smarter to start cleansing and focus on walking, light dancing, light yoga, moving on the gym machines like the elliptical trainer and such until you lose a good deal of your excess weight.
Cleansing Initiates the Weight Loss Process
When you cleanse properly (per my books & courses), the weight practically falls off. Exercise is very important but it will only age and jar the system, creating injury (that’s often unrealized immediately) when it is done when one is carrying excess weight. Lose the weight and then jog, run, cycle, do MMA or whatever you like. Pushing your body to run, jump and exert when you are heavy is not good for you nor will it get you leaner faster. Get the cleansing going, drop the weight with consistent, strain-free movement every day. And then, you will benefit hugely from turning up the dial on your athletic challenges.
I see men in their 50’s with guts busting through their bike shorts cycling in packs on a Saturday morning and women carrying 30-50 extra pounds jogging and they are not doing anything positive for their bodies. Cleanse, cleanse, cleanse – and the athleticism will be easy eventually. Don’t punish your body further when it’s already in jeopardy. The whole process of physical transformation should be graceful, easy, intelligent, and clearly effective.
And for goodness sake, leave the water bottles at home. If you cannot go for a jog without a water bottle, you should NOT be jogging. A healthy athlete does not need to have water or a caloric refuel for two hours at least. But most people exercising have dehydrated guts and poor life force flow so they are constantly rendered dehydrated and weak. If you are an athlete and you need water and caloric fuel then your daily intake is not working for you and your colon is blocked. You need to get honest about that and not cling to antiquated ways of eating. A truly strong person (meaning a person with great physical integrity) does not take powders or ‘energy drinks’ or bars or any of that bogus athletic stuff. We eat water-containing plant food – when we eat (which is not that often) – we drink green juice, we have a clear intestinal tract that is richly hydrated because we don’t eat dry, dead food and we thoroughly rinse our colons when needed.

My favorite daily ritual: the infrared sauna! It provides waves of healing heat that bless me daily with peace, cleansing & inspiration.
This pic was taken earlier this week over a brainstorm with a master-mind friend (a ‘master-mind’ is two or more people developing a plan of action around a shared vision). It’s fun to take meetings in the sauna! I used it so much with my NRI team in NYC that we used to call it “the boardroom!”
This special sauna has traveled with me across the world. It comes from the finest sauna makers in the business: High Tech Health. https://www.hightechhealth.com
Time in the infrared sauna is always time well spent!
Juicing until Dinner
The protocol is really simple. From the time you wake up in the morning until five or six o’clock in the evening, consume anywhere from 2 to 4 fresh-pressed, raw vegetable juices—whether from your local juice bar or your own kitchen. (Note: blending vegetables is not juicing. Juicing separates the vital fluid of the plant from the fiber). Yes, fiber is necessary, but not in this instance when we want the juice to go directly into the cells, bypassing digestion. You will get plenty of fiber in your salads.
A primary purpose of taking these hours to juice fast is to avoid the laborious task of digestion so that the body can maximize cleansing. If you are interested in knowing more about why juicing is superior to blending, I address this in my books available on Amazon and have a whole cleanse course based on the concept of juicing till dinner, called the “Rose Cleanse”. Juicing ‘til dinner is a sure way to create a sustainable cleansing lifestyle with longevity.

Fruit is Not What it Used to Be
So many wonderful, well-meaning people encouraging high fruit intake veganism, however…
Just remember that fruit is NOT what it was hundreds of years ago. Today’s fruit is a hybridized candy and it feeds pathogens like you don’t want to know.
Just about everyone is riddled with fungus like candida (yeah, sounds like “candy” right?!) and parasites.
Unless you were raised on a desert island & birthed by the natives of that island, you’ve got to be very careful around fruit. There’s true fruit which grows wildly (not farmed/domesticated). True fruit is naturally very low in sugar and very small in size. And then there is modern fruit which, even if organic, is simply akin to mainlining sugar.
Give it some thought: imagine you are a human petri-dish. Think about what modern fruit does inside your body when it meets with putrefaction and ferments the whole time it is going through your intestinal tract. What is the chemical result?
Green Vegetables All the Way
A high-fruit diet is a nice idea in theory but it’s not the reality. Green-centric, cleansers! Stay Green-centric and find peace with simple, non-sweet vegetables as your foundation (ideally 85-90% of your intake). Watch the nuts, legumes, grains and vegan substitute foods, and all the ornate raw food treats too, vegans & raw foodists. Sorry, but I’m here to help you restore and become powerful, not tell you tales.

Need for Colonic Cleansing
This is a list of food items and brands that I consumed in the first 25 years of my life (and believe it or not, I grew up in a health minded home eating things like alfalfa sprouts and raw milk & kefir delivered by the local milk man). My mother juiced for us and made our lunches for school which were as basic as an apple and a whole grain cheese sandwich. Nevertheless all this other nonsense got in.
Ponder your intake. Really recapitulate the intake deep in your memory banks and I think you’ll be as shocked as I still am when I think of all that went in for so long.
The reason this is so important is because while we may forget the intake, the body can’t forget it. These acidic foods lock into the tissue, smothering our life force.
Now do you see how ludicrous it is to think you can you can do a 3 Day Juice Fast and be clean? Now do you see why so many colon irrigation sessions are necessary?
People often tell me they eat a relatively healthy diet. What does that really mean? Assumptions of what is healthy abound and are mostly totally misguided. I mean most people think peanut butter is healthy but it’s like eating fungus. What went into you in your first 20-30 years.
It’s actually positive to really recount and acknowledge the full weight of it all (allow the pun) because the truth will enable you to see where your symptoms are actually coming from.
Cleansing takes years of consistent right diet and colon irrigation. The more you awaken & release (remove), the more your life force returns and your symptoms are remediated. So you improve dramatically along the way. But when we really take an honest look at the quantity of acidic matter, we see why cleansing must become a wonderfully embraced way of life if we are to truly restore ourselves.
In days, weeks and months you’ll feel hugely relieved, energized, younger, leaner, and the shine & glow will come back to you. But with years of consistency, the tissues and organs will be so much more unburdened and you’ll really know what the human experience was meant to feel like.
Our bodies were never meant to be a burden. We put the burden on our bodies by [largely unwittingly] consuming the items in our culture which were never meant to be food for humans.
Feel free to put the recapitulation of your lifetime’s consumption in the comments.
